Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Equipment must be returned in good condition within 7 days of cancellation to avoid additional charges.
Early Cancellation
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund as per our refund policy.
- Early cancellation after 30 days may be subject to early termination fees as specified in your subscription agreement.

Equipment Return
- Upon cancellation, you are responsible for returning the equipment in good working condition.

- Our team will coordinate the pickup of the equipment at a mutually convenient time.
- Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
- Failure to return equipment may result in charges equivalent to the replacement cost of the equipment.
